Our Projects
Every organization has data — but not everyone knows how to turn it into progress.
That’s where our projects begin. We enter diverse industries with one goal: to reveal what the data truly says and transform it into smarter decisions, faster processes, and measurable growth.
We work with companies and institutions of all kinds — helping them unlock the value hidden in their data, connect systems, and build a culture of data-driven thinking.
Here are some of the projects where data became a tool for change — and a catalyst for growth.
SCIENCE
During the consolidation of data and its transfer in .csv format to the CRM, there were errors, and data sometimes got overwritten or leaked. Customer's Field of Operation: the company specializes in the development and production of in vitro human tissue models. It engages in innovations and technology development that help accelerate scientific research, reduce testing costs, and eliminate the need for chemical testing on animals. Reasons for Change: Our client operates in international markets and regularly reports results to the headquarters abroad. The company uses Salesforce as its CRM system and KROSS as its accounting system. During the consolidation of data and its transfer in .csv format to the CRM, there were errors, and data sometimes got overwritten or leaked. Searching for these errors subsequently took a lot of time, and often, the discovered errors had to be manually corrected, leading to further potential discrepancies. Solution Proposal and Implementation: The company approached us to assist with data linking and transfer to prevent errors, losses, or data duplication. We found a solution by implementing the TABLEAU platform. With the use of Tableau Prep, we successfully connected the two systems—Salesforce and Kross. We created a unified data model from them for quality reporting and sales analytics. Through DATA MANAGEMENT, the data are automatically pulled directly from the accounting system. This created a single and accurate source of data for the customer, which is now used for reporting. Data transfer now occurs automatically on a daily basis. After the implementation and creation of the necessary analytics and automation, we elevated the customer skillset through workshops, and today, the customer can independently create reports. Current Use and Practical Application of Our Solution: With this implementation, the company has gained high-quality, clear, and detailed reporting. They have noticed a significant time savings in identifying discrepancies and can now quickly create reports. Additionally, they benefit from regular sales analysis and simpler forecasting. Following this positive experience, the company decided to continue its digitization efforts, and we will be implementing TABLEAU for managing inventory stocks as well.

FMCG
Based on the our data evaluation, promotional and marketing campaigns were created. Customer's Field of Operation: A German online store specializing in groceries and drugstore items.. Reasons for Change: The company recognized the need to better understand their customers in order to strengthen sales and maximize turnover. Customer segmentation based on their shopping behavior was necessary. The goal was to optimize the customer's shopping basket and recommend related products, with outcomes also used for targeting marketing campaigns. Solution Proposal and Implementation: We worked with data from stores in Berlin and Munich. We compared shopping behaviors and segmented customers into groups based on evaluated criteria. From the data obtained, we identified which products were frequently purchased together and optimized the "shopping basket" for customers. For each newly created group, we developed combinations of products that were subsequently offered to the customer. Based on the data evaluation, promotional and marketing campaigns were created. Their success, based on our recommendations, met the customer's primary goal of increasing the margin on sold products. Current Use and Practical Application of Our Solution: We established a recommendation system. Based on this, the customer gained clear information on which product to suggest and discount at the right time to motivate increased purchasing. This approach has successfully increased turnover and targeted product sales effectively.

PHARMACY
By targeting specific customer groups, it managed to increase the size of the average order. Customer's Field of Operation: A pharmacy chain active in Central and Eastern Europe. Reasons for Change: The pharmacy had been maintaining customer data but had not segmented them into groups. This lack of segmentation meant that it was not fully capitalizing on its sales potential. The company aimed to increase its overall profits and sales turnover. Solution Proposal and Implementation: We utilized provided transactional data from both online shops and physical stores to conduct an advanced depth analysis. Through this, we successfully categorized customers into 12 segments for the purposes of marketing campaigns and optimizing the consumer basket. Data from Slovak and Romanian branches were processed. Current Use and Practical Application of Our Solution: The company gained a better understanding of its customers, which enabled it to make sales more effective. By targeting specific customer groups, it managed to increase the size of the average order.

MANUFACTURING
Reporting was complicated because QI Analyst could not export data directly to Excel or .csv formats, using its own format instead. Customer's Field of Operation: The company specializes in the industrial production of refractory materials and supplies to the metallurgical industry not only in Slovakia. Reasons for Change: The company previously used statistical software QI Analyst to measure the quality of its products. Employees would manually record product quality data in books and then transfer these data to the statistical system. Reporting was complicated because QI Analyst could not export data directly to Excel or .csv formats, using its own format instead. Moreover, the software no longer met their capacity needs, prompting them to migrate to a new platform. The collected data consists of three parts: input control, operation, and output control, which are further reported to their consumers. Solution Proposal and Implementation: In the first phase of the project, we addressed the migration of data from QI Analyst to Tableau Prep. We used software capable of exporting data into .csv files for the migration, which lasted two months. In the second phase, we changed the data transfer process and agreed with the customer that production data would be transferred to an Excel Online file on SharePoint, ensuring the data remained relevant and could be used to create interactive dashboards in Tableau. Current Use and Practical Application of Our Solution: By transitioning the customer's existing statistical system to Tableau, the customer has achieved more efficient production processes, reduced downtime in production, and optimized costs, resulting in significant financial savings.

PUBLIC SECTOR
This task was previously handled by several employees, which was time-consuming, resource-intensive, and prone to errors. Customer's Field of Operation: The client specializes in commercial capital financing and supports both public and private investments. Each month, they collect financial indicators from various financial institutions. Reasons for Change: Every month, the company had to process dozens of Excel spreadsheets, each containing at least 50 columns. They compare the data received from banks based on certain criteria. This task was previously handled by several employees, which was time-consuming, resource-intensive, and prone to errors. They sought a solution to simplify their work and ensure more precise data control with valuable outputs for further reporting. They needed a data visualization tool which they had not used before. Solution Proposal and Implementation: Thanks to the use of Tableau Prep, which is part of the Tableau Creator license, we were able to sort and consolidate data from various sources. By transferring, cleaning, and migrating data into Tableau, we enabled detailed reporting and an overview of recorded data. Current Use and Practical Application of Our Solution: The client now has a clearer, interactive system of reports and dashboards. They can easily evaluate data concerning individual banks to determine if they meet loan criteria or not. Reports are generated automatically, quickly, and always with relevant data. The time previously spent by the team on data processing and editing can now be devoted to other tasks.

REAL ESTATE
The company's goal was to create interactive maps on the platform that would be connected to real-time data and display available accommodation facilities. Customer's Field of Operation: The client is a consulting firm specializing in the international student sector and housing. They provide market research to over 100 governments, institutions, investors, and various companies worldwide. Reasons for Change: The company provides its clients with information about available capacities in student and teacher accommodation facilities. They have developed their own platform to deliver necessary information and reports. The company's goal was to create interactive maps on the platform that would be connected to real-time data and display available accommodation facilities. Solution Proposal and Implementation: We found a solution in using the Tableau platform, which allows the use of geographical data and automatically transforms location information into rich, interactive maps with 16 levels of zoom. After implementation, we provided training, and today, they are able to independently create reports and analytics for various use-cases and metrics as needed. Current Use and Practical Application of Our Solution: The client can now generate reports with an interactive map. Hovering over the map displays the required data geographically segmented according to specified requirements.
